Many benefits for EV buyers

recently, Winfast In the Indian market, the ‘Trade Gas for Electric’ program has been launched, offering an additional 3% discount to those who exchange their old petrol vehicle for an electric vehicle from Winfast till March 31, 2026. An additional 5% discount is also being offered on the purchase of electric scooters. However, Winfast currently only sells electric cars in India. Following this, Vietnam’s largest auto manufacturer, Winfast, has addressed a major concern of EV owners by announcing that it will extend its free charging policy for customers in Indonesia, the Philippines and India for the next three years, i.e. until March 31, 2029.

It is worth noting that Winfast’s free charging plan will benefit not only new buyers, but existing customers as well. Apart from Winfast’s private EV owners in other countries, vehicles running on ride-hailing platforms like ‘Green SM’ will also get free charging. Winfast’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Global Sales), Duong Thi Thu Trang said that in view of the global volatility in fuel prices, they have decided to extend the free charging scheme. When the cost of driving becomes zero, the adoption of EVs will increase.

Now, let us talk about Winfast car prices and specifications. The ex-showroom price of the Winfast VF6 starts at ₹17.29 lakh and goes up to ₹19.19 lakh. It has a 59.6 kWh battery, which can give a range of up to 468 km. Its electric motor produces 201.15 bhp of power. Meanwhile, the Winfast VF7, which is a midsize electric SUV, starts at ₹21.89 lakh and goes up to ₹26.79 lakh ex-showroom. It has a 70 kWh battery pack that gives a range of 532 kilometers on a single charge. This electric SUV with attractive looks and specifications produces 348.66 bhp of power.
