Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer Vinfast unveiled its state-of-the-art electric SUV lineup at the India Mobility Global Expo 2025. At the event, the company also introduced its range of electric two-wheelers including the VF 3, VF e34, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8 and VF 9 models. These two-wheelers include Evo 200, Klara, Feliz, Vento and Theon scooters and DrgnFly electric bike. Apart from this, the company also showcased the VF Wild pickup truck concept.

Vinfast laid the foundation stone for its electric vehicle assembly factory in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu in 2024, aiming to reduce production costs and increase penetration of vehicles in India.
WinFast VF 3: An Affordable and Stylish Option
The VF 3 is a compact, 2-door electric car with a boxy and modern design. It can give a tough competition to MG Comet EV. It has a 4-seater cabin, with a 2-spoke steering wheel and black themed interior. It is equipped with a 10-inch floating touchscreen, manual AC, and front power windows. For safety, it has been provided with ABS, EBD, rear parking sensor and multiple airbags. Powered by a 43.5PS motor, the vehicle accelerates from 0-50 km/h in 5.3 seconds, and its battery offers a range of up to 215 km.
Vinfast VF 6: SUV equipped with advanced technology
The VF 6 features a minimalistic design and a 12.9-inch touchscreen display, which is angled towards the driver. Instead of the traditional instrument cluster, it has a head-up display. It comes with two powertrain options, including 174 bhp and 201 bhp variants. This SUV is based on a front-wheel drive system and offers a range of up to 399 km.
Vinfast VF 7: Premium 5-seater SUV
Eco and Plus variants are available in VF 7. The Eco variant has a 201bhp motor and a range of 450 km, while the Plus variant gets 348bhp power and a range of 431 km with a dual motor, all-wheel drive system. This SUV is equipped with ADAS features like 12.9-inch and 15-inch touchscreen systems, lane centering assist, and emergency lane keep assist.
WinFast VF 8: A confluence of power and performance
The VF 8 is a dual-motor AWD SUV that produces 408 PS and 640 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.5 seconds and offers a range of up to 480 km. It has advanced features like 11 airbags, 360-degree camera and fast charging.
VinFast VF 9: Flagship Electric SUV
The VF 9 is available in 6-seater and 7-seater variants. It provides 123kWh battery and power of 402bhp. The range is 531 km in Eco trim and 468 km in Plus trim. This SUV can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.6 seconds and has a top speed of 200 km/h.
These new offerings from VinFast have made the competition in the electric vehicle market in India more exciting.
