Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, and their kids Vamika and Akaay visit Premanand Maharaj Ji at Vrindavan, with a heartwarming video going viral on social media.

New Delhi: A video that has gone viral on social media shows Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharmaaccompanied by their two children, visiting the renowned spiritual guru Premanand Ji Maharaj at Vrindavan Dham. The couple, long-time disciples of Premanand Ji, were seen engaged in conversation with the guru.

Virat and Anushka are seen kneeling and paying their respects to the highly revered Premanand Ji, seeking his blessings and expressing their devotion. This marks their second visit to the guru, with their first being in January 2023.

In the audio, Anushka Sharma is heard telling the guru, “Last time we came, I had some questions in my mind. I thought I would ask, but everyone there asked similar questions. It felt like I was speaking with you in our heads. The next day, I would open Ekantik Vartalap (Premanand’s online sermons), and someone would ask the same question.”

While Anushka converses with Premanand Maharaj, Virat is seen interacting with their daughter Vamika, whom he is holding at that moment. Anushka is seen holding Akaay, their younger child. She concludes, “I would like to ask you to give us prem-bhakti.”

Premanand Maharaj responded to Anushka’s request with a heartwarming message: “Both of you are very brave. Achieving all this in the world and then turning towards bhakti (devotion) is very difficult. I believe you will certainly receive the answer for your devotion.”

Virat Kohli visited Vrindavan after a tough personal series during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia. Now, he shifts focus towards the upcoming ODI series against England and the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

In the five-match series against Australia, Virat managed just 190 runs, despite scoring a century in Perth. There are increasing calls for him to return to domestic cricket ahead of India’s upcoming England tour, where five Tests are scheduled.

Virat and Anushka were also seen attending a kirtan in Mumbai in October 2024 and had previously attended one together in London. This video of them with their two children marks a rare public appearance, as they usually keep their children out of the public eye.
