Virat Kohli in trouble! This time batting is not the reason, you will also get worried after knowing the matter
Lucknow: On one hand, Team India's veteran batsman Virat Kohli is currently troubled due to his poor form in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar series against Australia. Meanwhile, they might have received some bad news from India by now which is going to increase their problems further. Virat Kohli again seems to be embroiled in deep controversies.
It may be noted that recently his spat with an Australian journalist at the airport had also made headlines. Now one of his restaurants has also come in the news and no good reason is being given for this. If reports are to be believed, the star batsman's famous restaurant One Eight Commune in Bengaluru has received a notice from the Municipal Corporation for violation of rules. It is reported that Bengaluru Bruhat Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has sent a notice to Kohli's restaurant-pub for violation of rules due to lack of fire safety certificate.
There is also news that, after the complaint of a social worker of the city, this notice has been issued to one8 commune. It is being told that the said notice has been issued by the Health Officer of Shantinagar Division of BBMP and a reply has been sought on it within the next 7 days.

Actually, after the complaint of social activist Venkatesh, BBMP issued this notice against One Eight Commune. It has been told that Kohli's restaurant is being run indiscriminately without obtaining safety related No Objection Certificate (NoC) from the Fire Department.
However, if the reply to the notice is not received within the stipulated time, then serious action can be taken. It has been learned that in the same matter, a notice was also sent to the restaurant-pub One at Commune on November 29, to which no response was received.

However, this popular and special restaurant of Virat is not the first time to be caught in controversies. This is the second time in the last 6 months that a notice has been sent to this wonderful restaurant. In the month of July itself, 'One at Commune' notice was sent for taking orders beyond the stipulated time at night. If reports are to be believed, instead of the scheduled 1 am, the restaurant had taken orders till 1:20 am. The police had then also registered an FIR on the matter.
