RCB vs KKR IPL 2026: The 56th match of the Indian Premier League 2026 was completely one-sided. In the match played at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Stadium, Raipur, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 6 wickets. Virat Kohli scored the 9th century of his IPL career. In response to the 193 runs given by Kolkata Knight Riders, RCB achieved the target with 5 balls remaining after losing a wicket. This season, RCB hosted 2 matches in Raipur and won both. With this victory, RCB team has now reached the top of the points table with 16 points. Virat Kohli played the highest match-winning inning of 105 unbeaten runs.

Chasing the target of 193 runs given by Kolkata Knight Riders, both the openers of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Virat Kohli and Jacob Bethele, batted well till the third over, but then on the second ball of the fourth over, Karthik Tyagi gave the first blow to Bangalore. He sent Jacob to Bethel. Bethel scored 15 runs on 12 balls.

Partnership of 82 runs between Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal

In this match against RCB, after losing the toss and batting first, Kolkata Knight Riders scored 192 runs for 3 wickets. For KKR, Angkrish Raghuvanshi played the highest unbeaten inning of 71 runs in 46 balls with the help of 7 fours and 3 sixes. Vice-captain Rinku Singh scored 49 runs on 29 balls, which included 3 fours and 2 sixes. Cameron Green played an innings of 32 runs in 24 balls. Whereas captain Ajinkya Rahane contributed 19 runs and Finn Allen contributed 18 runs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Josh Hazlewood and Rasikh Salam got 1-1 wicket for RCB.
