Virat Kohli Shouts in joy with Jasprit Bumrah as the team celebrates Travis Head’s dismissal in Perth Test

The Indian team, led by stand-in captain Jasprit Bumrah, won the opening Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 against Australia in Perth on fourth Day. Indian bowlers were dominating against the hosts, as they showcased their superiority in the clash.

During Australia’s batting on Day 4, Bumrah was bowling to Travis Head where one of his delivery showed his level of bowling prowess. As he was bowling around the wicket, Bumrah sent a length ball that went away just enough that it gently kissed the outside edge of Head’s bat. Rishabh pant made no mistake behind the wicket as he completed a much needed breakthrough.

Indian star batter Virat Kohli, known for his aggression on the field, wasted no time in celebrating along with Jasprit Bumrah after the premium pacer got this wicket. The video clip of the two players celebrating together is making rounds on social media, here is the clip:

Earlier during India’s batting, Kohli mad a century which had a big role in helping India give out a target of 530 for the hosts. Apart from Virat, Yashasvi Jaiswal also made 161 runs, as he played his maiden Test on Australian soil.
