Virat Kohli's 'One 8 Commune' pub has branches in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata. The pub in Bengaluru was opened in December last year. It is located on the sixth floor of the Ratnam Complex on Kasturba Road, next to the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Earlier a case was registered against the manager of the pub.
This pub has been discussed before. In July, the police had registered a case against the manager of One 8 Commune Pub. The allegation was that the pub was open even after closing at 1 o'clock in the night. And serving the customers. According to official sources, a sub-inspector patrolling at night received information that Forest 8 Commune Bar was open till late night. When the sub-inspector reached the pub at 1:20 pm, he found that the bar was serving customers till late night. On that basis FIR was registered.
