In a press conference on Sunday, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said that Delhi Government Minister Kapil Mishra had shared the video clip related to Atishi Marlena’s controversial statement during the assembly proceedings on X, after which the Aam Aadmi Party’s Punjab government lodged an FIR against him. He said that today he himself has posted the same video clip on his X account and has called upon thousands of BJP workers to share it. He challenged and said that if Arvind Kejriwal has the courage then the Punjab government should file an FIR against thousands of BJP workers including me.
‘FIR registered in Punjab at the behest of Kejriwal’
Virendra Sachdeva said that on the same day this incident took place in the Assembly, Atishi Marlena went to Goa. After this, during the assembly proceedings that continued for three consecutive days, the Speaker of the Assembly issued a notice to her and asked her to come to the House and present her case, but she did not appear. Despite this, at the behest of Arvind Kejriwal, an FIR was registered in Punjab.
‘Punjab government gave clean chit to Atishi’
He said that Arvind Kejriwal knows very well that only the Speaker of the Assembly has the right to take cognizance of any incident or dispute occurring within the Assembly. He said that after the Aam Aadmi Party MLAs demanded a forensic investigation, the Assembly Speaker had ordered an investigation, but even before the investigation report came, the Punjab government gave a clean chit to Atishi Marlena and registered an FIR against Minister Kapil Mishra.

Delhi BJP President said that Arvind Kejriwal is now afraid that his government is going to go from Punjab also. In this panic, they are unethically misusing the Punjab Police and trying to scare the people of Delhi and BJP workers. He said that no BJP worker is afraid of his threats.

Today, every BJP worker challenges Kejriwal and Punjab Police by tweeting the video of Atishi that how many BJP workers will they file FIR against? Kejriwal, Atishi and his entire gang will have to apologize for the abusive words used against our gurus.
