Udaipur, February 26, 2026 (Read): The launch cycle of premium “Ultra” smartphones in China could see a shift this year. As per claims by tipster Digital Chat Station, the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to debut ahead of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, reversing the trend seen in recent years.
Vivo X300 Ultra Launch Timeline (Rumoured)
According to the tipster, the Vivo X300 Ultra is likely to be announced in March, possibly in the second half of the month. The device is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
The highlight of the phone could be its camera system. It is tipped to feature the world’s first 200-megapixel Sony LYT-901 primary sensor. In addition, reports suggest it may include:
A 3.5x periscope telephoto lens with a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB sensor
A 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 ultra-wide camera
A 5-megapixel multispectral lens
If the claims hold true, the X300 Ultra could become the first flagship smartphone to feature dual 200-megapixel cameras.
Oppo Find N6 and Find X9 Ultra Launch Timeline (Rumoured)
The tipster further indicated that March may also see the debut of the Oppo Find N6with a recent report pointing to a March 17 launch.
