Mumbai, February 25, 2026 (Read): The name of the Vivo X300 Ultra has appeared in a global certification listing for the first time, indicating that the upcoming flagship may launch outside China. The device has been spotted alongside the Vivo X300 FE on Indonesia’s SDPPI certification platform, revealing both its model number and official marketing name together.
The Vivo X300 Ultra has surfaced with model number V2562, while the Vivo X300 FE has appeared with model number V2537. Earlier, the global version of the X300 Ultra was reportedly seen in the IMEI database in November 2025 with model number V256. It was later listed on the EEC (Europe) and TKDN (Indonesia) certification platforms. However, those listings only disclosed the model number and not the final product name.
For clarity, TKDN certification confirms the percentage of local Indonesian content in a device, while SDPPI certification ensures that telecom and wireless products comply with Indonesia’s technical and radio standards.
The Vivo X300 FE has already appeared on multiple certification platforms and has reportedly received approval in India and other markets. In contrast, the X300 Ultra is yet to secure BIS certification in India.
Expected Specifications
As per reports, the Vivo X300 FE is likely to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which debuted in China in December 2025.
Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.82-inch flat BOE OLED display offering around 2K resolution, LTPO technology and narrow bezels on all four sides. The device may be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and backed by a battery of around 7,000mAh capacity.
In terms of optics, the rear camera setup is expected to include:
A 200-megapixel Sony LYT-901 main sensor with OIS
A 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 ultra-wide sensor
A 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera
For selfies, the handset may feature a 50-megapixel front camera with autofocus support. Reports suggest that it may not include the dedicated Action button that was introduced earlier.
Launch Timeline
There is a possibility that the Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE could debut together in global markets in the second quarter of this year. In China, the X300 Ultra is expected to be unveiled in March.
