Indian-Americans are spoiling Kamala's game in US elections, Democratic Party may fail in the elections

Washington: In the survey conducted regarding the US Presidential elections, the atmosphere of Kamala Harris seems to be deteriorating. If the survey is to be believed, Indian-Americans can spoil Kamala Harris's game. In fact, the inclination of Indian-American citizens towards the Democratic Party in America seems to be decreasing, which is a warning sign for the party. Whereas there is no change visible in the figures of voters inclined towards the Republican Party. This information has come to light in a new survey.

A new survey titled 2024 Indian-American Attitudes has been conducted by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in collaboration with research and analytics company YouGov. The survey has claimed that the inclination of Indian-Americans is still visible towards the Democratic Party. But a slight increase is also being seen in the support of Republican Party candidates and former President Donald Trump.

This analysis was conducted between 18 September and 15 October among 714 Indian-American citizens. It is based on a national level online survey. According to the survey, 61 percent of registered Indian-American voter respondents plan to vote for Harris. While 32 percent intend to vote for Trump.

Women in support of Kamala

It said the share of respondents willing to vote for Trump has seen a slight increase since 2020. On the other hand, 67 percent of Indian-American women are planning to vote for Harris. While 53 percent of men say they plan to vote for Harris.

Indian origin population in America is more than 52 lakh

The population of people of Indian origin in America is more than 52 lakh. The Indian-American community is now the second largest immigrant group in America. It was believed that Kamala Harris would get the benefit of being an American of Indian origin. Because they can get Indian-Americans. But the survey has rejected this speculation. However, whether the survey is right or wrong will be known on November 5, 2024.
