Was Alice Kaushik promoting the racist remarks made on Chum Darang? The actress gave clarification – Read
Alice Kaushik is out of Salman Khan’s show. Dabangg Khan himself had announced the elimination of Alice in ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ of ‘Bigg Boss 18’. Talking about her eviction, Alice had said that she had realized that her journey in the Bigg Boss 18 house was coming to an end and that is why she has no regrets about being out of the show. Recently, in an exclusive conversation with TV9 Hindi Digital, Alice has given her clarification regarding making fun of Chum Darang amid the racist remarks made at the beginning of the show.
Actually, at the beginning of ‘Bigg Boss 18’, Shahzada Dhami had made a racist comment on Chum Darang. Chum Darang had opposed Shahzada regarding this comment. Karanvir Mehra supported Chum in the fight between them. But Alice Kaushik and her friend Isha, who were watching this entire incident from outside, said that Chum was creating a drama without any reason. Giving clarification on this whole matter, Alice said, “Actually at that time we were new to the house. We were playing the role of journalists there and then we saw that a fight was taking place at a place. We ourselves did not say anything wrong about the people of North East.”
A chaotic day full of break downs. How will the family deal with this?

Alice Kaushik gave clarification
Alice further said, “Actually the Prince had said something to Chum Darang and we felt that perhaps the Prince did not intend to comment on Chum. But it is Chum who is taking that matter upon himself. But now I can understand why Chum would have reacted this way. Because many wrong things have happened to the people of North East till now and they have to face racism many times. All we wanted to say was that the Prince did not speak in that manner and we knew that this could be reflected in a wrong light. In my or Isha’s heart Chum Darang Or there are no bad feelings of any kind for the people of North East. We were just in the role of journalists, so we were talking in that style.”
