Also, as IANS reported earlier, a possible reason could be the age difference between Urmila and Mohsin as the actress is 10 years older than him, and they got married quite late in their lives, at the age of 40. Usually, marriages with a huge age gap lead to complications in the relationship.
Another reason that is being speculated is the financial dispute that soured their relationship. A user on content aggregation platform Reddit wrote that Mohsin and his family were forcing the actress to sell off her properties for their business until she was left with nothing.
According to media reports, the divorce is not by mutual consent and Urmila filed for divorce four months ago. Mohsin is a businessman and model from Kashmir, and has also worked in films like 'Luck By Chance', 'BA Pass' and 'Mumbai Mast Kalandar'. Mohsin and Urmila first met in 2014 during the wedding of famous fashion designer Manish Malhotra's niece.
It was said to be love at first sight for Mohsin. In fact, Manish was one of the few public figures who was present at the couple's wedding in 2016. Urmila and Mohsin visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar, followed by the nikaah.
