But then news of celebrity controversy came between the two when Shakti came to Bigg Boss. It was said that Salman used to ignore Shakti Kapoor’s statement in the show while talking nicely to the other contestants. The matter escalated when Salman made fun of Shakti’s image in public and then Shakti accused Salman of being a womanizer. However, after years, Shakti has now spoken on this matter.
Shakti said everything is fine now
Shakti Kapoor said in The Powerful Humans Podcast, everything is hello-hello hai achhe se. Everything is fine between us and there is nothing wrong in my mind about anyone. It’s been 5 years since I quit drinking. Now no one in the industry is an alcoholic. All are health freaks. All are bodybuilders and social drinkers. Earlier, many stars used to remain completely drunk on the sets.
What did Shakti feel bad about?
There was some tension between the two in Bigg Boss. On this, Shakti while talking to Times of India had said, ‘Salman should apologize to me. At first he and Sanjay Dutt did not greet me, whereas they were talking nicely to the others. After this Salman said that Bigg Boss will have to agree. We should never invite people like Shakti Kapoor to our house. I would like to tell him that even if he invites me to his home, I will not go. He said so many things without meaning and for this he should apologize to me.
Accusations were made against Salman
Let us tell you that after coming out of the show, Shakti had written on Twitter, ‘Even Salman cannot save a fraud like Bigg Boss. A man who hits women, drinks and drives over people and hits a deer. Shame.’
Why did Shakti Kapoor go to Bigg Boss?
Let us tell you that while talking to Rediff, Shakti had said that he had participated in the show because he wanted to show his children that he can stay away from alcohol. He had said, ‘I have not come here to win but want to prove to the children that I can stay away from alcohol for a month. I am proud that I proved this. Apart from this, he was also happy because I did not fight in the house even when I was the captain. Now my daughter says that she wants to remain my daughter in the next life also.
Well, Salman has a good bond with Shakti Kapoor’s daughter Shraddha Kapoor. She often comes to Salman’s show to promote her films.
