This contribution, made on Monday, April 6, 2026, is dedicated to the rescue, medical treatment, and rehabilitation of injured birds and stray animals, further cementing Anant’s reputation as a champion for those who cannot speak for themselves.
The Jeeva Daya Charitable Trust, known for its extensive work in providing high-quality veterinary care, will utilize the funds to upgrade its emergency response units and medical supplies. This donation perfectly aligns with Anant’s broader vision of sarva jeev daya (compassion for all living beings), which he has championed through his massive Vantara project in Jamnagar.
Just days ago, on April 2, Anant also pledged ₹18 crore for temple infrastructure and elephant welfare in Kerala, including the development of a state-of-the-art elephant hospital at the Guruvayur Temple. Whether it’s a multi-crore initiative for temple elephants or a heartfelt ₹20 lakh donation for local birds and strays, Anant’s actions reflect a consistent “humanity and care” that transcends the size of the project. As he celebrates his 31st birthday month, these acts of “classy” generosity are being hailed by animal lovers across the country as a true reflection of leadership with a heart.
