The interaction, filmed on a mobile phone, quickly spread across various platforms, drawing sharp criticism from former players and supporters.

ECB started investigation
Video timing has proven particularly damaging. A few hours ago, England’s Managing Director of Cricket Rob’s had publicly expressed concern about the players’ conduct during the Noosa break and promised to investigate the matter. England suffered defeat in the third Test in Adelaide, losing the Ashes 3–0 and rendering the remainder of the series uncompetitive.

Duckitt’s difficulties add fuel to the fire
On the field, Duckitt’s performance has done nothing to ease the pressure. Opening, he has scored only 97 runs in the series so far, with an average of 16.16 and his highest score of 29.
