The couple was seen arriving at the Bandra home to stand by their long-time friend during this deeply personal time. Sudarshan Malhotra passed away peacefully on March 19 at the age of 94. The funeral was held the following morning at the Santacruz Hindu Crematorium, and a prayer meeting was subsequently organized at Taj Lands End, which saw a heavy presence from the film fraternity.
