Security forces dance to celebrate killing of naxals in encounter in Chhattisgarh-Read

Bastar Range IG Sundarraj P informed the media that the encounter occurred in the hilly forests of Bandarpathar and Bhejji in the district. Personnel from the District Reserve Guard and CRPF participated in the operation. After returning to the nearest village, the security forces celebrated their success, joyfully embracing each other, displaying their personal weapons, and dancing to folk music.

Kothagudem: The videos of security personnel celebrating after an encounter in which as many as 10 CPI (Maoist) cadres were killed on Friday in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh State have gone viral on socia media.

Bastar range IG Sundarraj P told the media that the encounter took place in the hilly forests of Bandarpathar and Bhejji in the district. The personnel of District Reserve Guard and CRPF took part in the encounter.

After the security personnel returned to a nearest village from the encounter spot, they erupted with joy; holding one another and showing off their personal weapons danced to the tunes of folk songs.

Some of the officials also joined the troops celebrating their victory over naxal cadres as the media personnel shot the jubilation on their mobile phones and video cameras. The videos were widely shared on different social platforms.
