Siraj started celebrating the wicket of Travis Head, but the umpire gave not out
The Indian cricket team has come very close to victory in the Perth Test match against Australia. By the fourth day, India had taken four wickets in Australia's second innings. Jasprit Bumrah took two wickets out of these four while Mohammad Siraj Cracked. However, India could have got the fifth wicket and Siraj could have got the third wicket but the umpire's call saved Travis Head.
This incident was seen on the third ball of the 12th over when Mohammed Siraj's ball hit the pads of his head and as soon as the ball hit the pads, Siraj started celebrating the wicket. He did not even look towards the umpire and while celebrating he went towards keeper Rishabh Pant but the umpire did not raise his finger after which Team India decided to take a review.
After this, when the review was seen, it was found that it was the umpire's call and if the umpire had raised his finger then even the review would not have been able to save the head. The video of this funny incident is going viral on social media, which you can see below.
