Vijay Mallya: Out of India since 2016
There are serious allegations against Vijay Mallya of non-payment of loans worth thousands of crores of rupees from many banks of the country and money laundering. In March 2016, he left India and went to London. Later, after investigation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and other agencies, a special court declared him a fugitive economic offender in January 2019. The Indian government is continuously trying to extradite him, but till now he is living in Britain.

There are serious allegations against him like tax evasion, money laundering and proxy ownership in IPL.
