‘We are not breaking, Akhilesh himself is responsible’ – Keshav Prasad Maurya told the inside story of SP breaking
At present, there has been a cyclone of statements in the politics of Uttar Pradesh which has intensified the stir in the camp of Samajwadi Party. After state cabinet minister Omprakash Rajbhar, now Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has also made a very shocking and big prediction regarding Samajwadi Party (SP). Keshav Prasad Maurya has claimed from an open platform that very soon there is going to be a huge rift within the Samajwadi Party and the party is on the verge of disintegration.
The Deputy CM claimed that around 25 to 26 SP MPs are completely ready to leave the party at this time. Along with this big claim, Keshav Prasad Maurya also presented a clarification on behalf of BJP. He said that whatever allegations the opposition may make, we are not breaking their party. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav himself and his policies are responsible for this historic breakdown in the party.
Rajbhar had teased the tune in the morning, by afternoon Keshav Maurya increased Akhilesh’s tension.
Let us tell you that this political storm had started this morning itself when Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) chief Omprakash Rajbhar had made a similar big claim in front of the media. As soon as this statement of Rajbhar came out, it seemed as if there was an earthquake in the politics of Uttar Pradesh. Omprakash Rajbhar, turning the pages of history, had said that the country first saw a major split in Uddhav Thackeray’s party Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, then a split in Mamata Banerjee’s TMC in West Bengal and now the same situation is going to happen to Akhilesh Yadav’s SP. Akhilesh Yadav also immediately retaliated on this sharp statement of Rajbhar, but by afternoon, when Deputy CM Keshav Maurya also jumped into this fight, the political uproar increased further.
Deputy CM Keshav Maurya opened the card in Kanpur, told the exact number of rebel MPs
Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, who reached Kanpur, the industrial city of Uttar Pradesh, on Wednesday, while talking about this matter, not only claimed to break up, but also put before the country the exact number of MPs who separated from SP. He bluntly said that 25-26 SP MPs have decided to separate from the party and they can change sides at any time.
Bharatiya Janata Party has nothing to do or role in this breakdown. Taking his point further, the Deputy CM said that the way BJP had destroyed the strong fort of TMC in the West Bengal elections, the same situation is going to happen to the Samajwadi Party in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Taking a jibe at Akhilesh Yadav, he said that no matter how many worker conferences or meetings SP holds at this time, the people of Uttar Pradesh have already declared their final results before the examination.
‘SP will go back to Saifai, BJP was in Lucknow and will always be there’
Keshav Prasad Maurya, while making a strong attack on the future of Samajwadi Party, said that in the coming time, the existence of SP will be limited to Saifai only and it is going to go to Saifai. Bharatiya Janata Party is firmly in Lucknow, the center of power and will always remain in Lucknow on the basis of development. While once again replying to the opponents, he made it clear that BJP has no involvement in the opposition parties which are breaking up due to internal strife in different states of the country.
Expressing pride in the current conditions of Uttar Pradesh, he said that today the winds of development are blowing everywhere in the entire state. Now our own Uttar Pradesh is no longer an old and backward i.e. ‘sick state’, rather it has now firmly stood in the category of the most leading and developed states of the country. Now it remains to be seen what new counter attack comes from Samajwadi Party and Akhilesh Yadav on these sharp attacks of BJP.
