Weather Forecast: Cold winds will blow in North and Central India on Saturday, heat like heat wave in these areas… Know tomorrow’s weather update.

New Delhi : The weather is going to be stable and dry in most of the states of India on Saturday. The sky will be clear from North India to Central and Eastern parts. According to weather experts, the effect of the active western disturbance in the Himalayan region has now weakened, due to which there is no possibility of rain in the plains. However, due to cold winds coming from the north, there will be chill in the morning and night. At the same time, the rising temperature in the western coastal areas has increased the concern.

Impact of western disturbance reduced

Let us tell you that according to Devendra Tripathi, founder of Mausam Tak, the western disturbance that had come in the Himalayan region recently had created clouds in some parts of North and Central India, but now its effect has completely ended. This disturbance will not have any effect on the weather on Saturday. No major weather activity is expected in the country till February 16, unless the next disturbance hits the mountains. Till then the sky will remain clear.

Cold will continue in North India

Icy winds coming from the north will continue to affect a large part of the country. The effect of these cold winds will be felt from Punjab to Maharashtra and in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Bihar including Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha. Due to this, a drop from normal in morning and night temperatures can be seen. However, due to sunshine during the day, the temperature in most areas is likely to remain around normal levels.

Heat alert in Konkan and Goa

While winter is being felt in the rest of the country, summer is showing its true colors on the west coast. Heat wave-like conditions may occur in the coastal areas of Karnataka and Konkan-Goa region. In cities like Mumbai, Ratnagiri, Raigarh, Sindhudurg and Goa, the temperature is expected to be 4-5 degrees Celsius above normal. Such increased temperature in the month of February can become a cause of trouble for the local residents. The Meteorological Department is considering it as a local heatwave.

Cloud movement will increase in South India

The density of clouds is expected to increase in some parts of South Peninsular India due to moisture coming from the Bay of Bengal. However, it is a matter of relief that there is no possibility of rain during the next 24 hours. The meteorological department says that the clouds are not strong enough to cause rain. At present, the weather will remain dry in the southern states also, but due to humidity, humidity can be experienced there.

Weather forecast for the coming days

Weather experts predict that the situation will remain largely stable across India on 14 and 15 February. There will be sunshine and dry weather in North, South, East and Central India. Only after February 16, a new western disturbance will become active, which may cause changes in the weather in the hilly states. Till then people will have to adjust between the cold of the morning and mild heat of the day. The heat wave may continue on the west coast.
