Weather patterns will change in Bihar, alert of rain and strong winds in many districts

Compared to the temperature that should be there in the month of March in Bihar, the temperature in the state has increased drastically and the temperature has gone above 37 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, there is hope of getting relief from rising temperatures from Sunday. There is a possibility of change in the weather of the state from today 15th March to 19th March. There is a forecast of 3 to 4 degree drop in day temperature and there is a possibility of rain and strong wind blowing at 30 to 40 kilometers at many places.

According to the Meteorological Department, today on Sunday, there is a possibility of bad weather in most of the districts of the central and eastern parts of the southern part of the state and drizzle or light rain in many districts. While there was fog in the capital Patna since morning, the Meteorological Department has warned of rain in other districts also today. Especially the Terai areas of North Bihar, East Champaran, West Champaran, Shivhar, and Sitamarhi districts have been kept in alert mode.

There is a possibility of thunderstorm, lightning and light or moderate rainfall with strong wind speed of 30 to 40 km over these districts. Apart from this, there is a possibility of drop in temperature with Badri like weather in most of the districts of North Bihar and Central and Eastern parts of South Bihar like Patna, Nalanda, Begusarai, Khagaria, Munger, Banka, Bhagalpur, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Gaya, Jehanabad. Tomorrow on Monday, March 16, its impact may be more visible and there is a possibility of more rainfall in many districts.

Changes in weather and rain accompanied by storms at speeds of 40 to 50 km per hour can cause damage to standing crops in the fields. In such a situation, the Meteorological Department has advised farmers to remain alert. There is especially a possibility of damage to wheat, mango and litchi crops.

There may be a drop in the temperature from today but last Saturday the temperature continued to rise and the maximum temperature crossed 37 degrees. On Saturday, the state’s maximum temperature was recorded between 27.8 to 37.3 degrees and the minimum between 17.4 to 25.1 degrees. The highest temperature was 37.3 degrees Celsius in Kaimur while the capital Patna also had a temperature of 34.4 degrees Celsius.

In comparison to Friday, the temperature on Saturday increased by about 1 degree. The lowest maximum temperature was recorded at Kishanganj at 27.8 degrees Celsius. But there is no indication of any change in the minimum temperature. A slight increase or decrease in the night and morning minimum temperatures may be seen for the next 5 days. The lowest minimum temperature of 17.4 degrees was recorded in Jiradei of Siwan. Whereas the minimum temperature in the capital Patna was 22.2 degrees Celsius.
