Heat wave continues to wreak havoc, rain alert in 48 hours, know the weather of Delhi-UP-Bihar

The weather is going to change once again across the country. Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi and many other states are witnessing havoc these days due to extreme heat and heat wave. People are sweating all day long and it has become difficult to get out of the house. India Meteorological Department (IMD) has now given good news in some states. According to IMD, there is a possibility of rain in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and surrounding areas within the next 48 hours. At the same time, there is going to be severe heat and heat wave in the plains of North-West and Central India for the next 3-4 days. An alert has been issued in 12 states of Eastern and North-Eastern India regarding strong storm, thunderstorm and hailstorm at some places.

Weather of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal

According to the Meteorological Department, strong winds are going to blow in Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal from April 26 to April 28. The wind speed can range from 50 to 60 kilometers per hour, while in gusts it can reach up to 70 kilometers per hour. Good rain with thunderstorms is expected in these states. Hail may also fall in Jharkhand on 26th April. At the same time, heavy rain is expected in entire North-East India including Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh this week. There may be heavy rainfall at many places, which may cause rivers to swell.

How will the weather be in Delhi-NCR today?

It is very hot these days in Delhi and surrounding areas. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature in Delhi is going to be between 41 to 44 degrees Celsius from 25 to 27 April. People are very worried. However, there may be some relief on 27th April. There is a possibility of light rain with thunder on that day, which may provide some relief from the heat.

How will the weather be in Uttar Pradesh today?

Heat and heat waves are going to increase in Uttar Pradesh also for the next few days. By April 27, the temperature may increase by 2 to 3 degrees. This will make the heat even more painful. Heat wave warning has been issued in many areas of eastern and western Uttar Pradesh from 25 to 27 April. After this, there may be light rain with thunder at some places between April 28 and 30, due to which the temperature may come down slightly. The Meteorological Department has issued a heat wave alert in Lucknow. The temperature here can reach 43 degrees Celsius. In Varanasi the temperature is likely to go up to 44 degrees. In Kanpur too, the scorching heat will trouble people a lot.

How will the weather be in Bihar today?

The weather is going to change in Bihar in the next two days. On April 26 and 27, there may be rain and strong winds in many parts of the state. This rain may continue intermittently till April 30. During this period, heat and humidity will persist, but rain will definitely bring some relief. Thunderstorm and rain are expected in Patna on 26-27 April. The temperature here can range between 38 to 42 degrees Celsius. Humidity will be high in Muzaffarpur and Bhagalpur, but rain may provide some relief.

Rajasthan weather

Heat wave still persists in Rajasthan. There will be severe heat in western and eastern Rajasthan from 24th to 26th April. The temperature can reach 42 to 44 degrees Celsius. There may be a change in the weather in some areas between April 27 and 29 and there is a possibility of light rain or thunderstorm. The temperature in Jaipur is expected to be between 41 to 44 degrees Celsius.

Uttarakhand weather

The weather in Uttarakhand is going to be relatively cool and comfortable. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain at many places between 24th to 26th April and again from 28th to 30th April. Thunderstorms and strong winds may also occur in hilly areas.
