“If I had simply focused on the end goal when I started my weight loss journey, chances are I would have given up like every time before. My overall goal was so large that thinking about getting there was overwhelming and seemed impossible. So, instead of focusing on the end goal, I started focusing on what I could do day to day,” reads Clemens caption in one of her posts.
