In one of her posts she shared practices that worked best for her to reduce 15 kgs in 4 months. She emphasised, “I stopped looking for shortcuts and started focusing on sustainable habits.” She shared about her postpartum weight loss journey. “I was 85 kg when I delivered my baby. For the longest time, I tried fad diets hoping to lose weight quickly. But every time, I would gain the weight back. It was frustrating and disheartening. I often thought, “Will I ever lose weight and maintain it?” That’s when I decided to change my approach, ” her caption reads

Here’s what I did to lose 15 kg in 4 months – without starving or overworking myself:

  1. Finished my dinner before 8 PM and avoided late-night munching.
  2. I started eating from smaller plates and bowls to reduce portion size and avoided second servings.
  3. Drank 3 liters of water daily (I even set alarms to remind myself) and added a big bowl of salad to my meals.
  4. I almost gave up sugar, processed, and packaged food – it made a HUGE difference!
  5. Moved my body throughout the day – I started walking, playing my favorite sport, and using stairs whenever possible.
