1 cup soaked gram

1 finely chopped onion

2 finely chopped green chillies

1 teaspoon ginger paste

finely chopped coriander

Chili Flakes

1 teaspoon chaat masala

half teaspoon black pepper

Bread

Salt

Fine flour

– First of all, drain the chickpeas soaked in lukewarm water for 2-3 hours and wash them once.

After this, put it in a vessel and add ginger paste, chilli, bread pieces, salt, chaat masala and black pepper.

Now put it in the mixer and make a paste. Now add chopped onion and bread broken into small pieces.

– After this add 4-5 spoons of flour in it, if you want you can also add gram flour and semolina in it.

You can also add boiled potatoes, grated cheese or ground cashews to it.

Now add some oil to it and take the dough in your hands and shape it into cutlets or tikkis.

– After this shallow fry it. Place them on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

After this, serve the cutlets with chutney or tea. Maggi masala or chaat masala can be sprinkled on top of the cutlets.
