Amidst the rapidly deteriorating situation in West Asia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held a high-level meeting with the Chief Ministers and Lieutenant Governors of the country and comprehensively reviewed India’s preparedness. In this meeting held through video conferencing, the PM made it clear that the current situation is ‘dynamic’ and vigilance is very important at every level.
Expressing confidence in the ‘Team India’ approach, the Prime Minister said that just as the coordination between the Center and the states handled the crisis during Covid-19, similarly this time too the country will face every challenge unitedly. He said that since March 3, an inter-ministerial group is monitoring the situation daily.
