During the election campaign on Sunday, PM Modi suddenly stopped at a Jhalmuri shop on the roadside. During this time, as soon as his convoy stopped, a huge crowd gathered at the spot and people also raised loud slogans. But after this incident, now Trinamool Congress TMC has intensified the political attack by making serious allegations. TMC alleges that due to this sudden program of PM Modi and security reasons, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and his wife and MLA Kalpana Soren were not allowed to land their helicopter in Jhargram. According to the party, the Soren couple had to wait for hours and eventually had to cancel their program and return to Ranchi.

TMC posted on social media platform The party alleged that on one hand PM Modi reached Jhargram to woo tribal votes, while on the other hand elected leaders of the same community were stopped from reaching the venue.
The party also said that the two democratically elected leaders were stopped only because the Prime Minister’s “breakfast break” and photo session was going on. In the post, TMC launched a scathing attack and wrote that the Soren couple were stopped despite their constitutional rights and they had to return without holding the programme. Calling it against democratic values, the party said that the people of Bengal will remember this incident.
PM Modi stayed in Jhalmuri shop during election rally
In fact, between the election rallies in Jhargram, PM Modi took out some time and ate Jhalmuri at a roadside shop. He also shared the video of this moment on social media, in which he was seen taking Jhalmuri from the seller. Along with the video he wrote, “Jhalmuri break in Jhargram.” During this, a large number of people gathered there and slogans like ‘Jai Shri Ram’, ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ and ‘Narendra Modi Zindabad’ were raised. Apart from this, PM Modi said in another post that he took some time off to enjoy “delicious Jhalmuri” between four rallies in West Bengal. While his supporters liked his style, the opposition started making it an issue and surrounding him.
