What is Fatty Liver:
Due to wrong lifestyle, increased work stress, lack of nutrients, low water intake, constant changes in diet, etc., the functioning of body organs deteriorates. Continuous consumption of spicy and oily foods leads to accumulation of unnecessary fat in the liver. But when this fat increases more than 5 to 10 percent, the condition is called fatty liver. Fatty liver can lead to serious diseases like liver cancer or liver psoriasis if not treated in time.
What to eat to destroy fat in the liver?
Leafy Vegetables:
Leafy vegetables provide a lot of nutrition to the body. A large number of leafy vegetables are available in the market in all other seasons including summer. Including leafy vegetables in the diet will flush out the impurities from the body and help improve health. Leafy vegetables contain a lot of fiber, which helps to lose excess weight and also flush out the accumulated dirt in the intestines. Vegetables such as fenugreek, radish, spinach should be included in the diet.
Garlic:
