If the bank does not return the money within the stipulated time, you can get compensation of Rs 100 per day. This compensation will be available until the entire amount of the failed transaction is credited to the account.
Step 4: What to do if the bank does not respond?
If the bank does not resolve the complaint or delays, you can file a complaint on the Complaint Management System (CMS) of RBI.
