Security, health and fire services have also been prepared to deal with any emergency. The biggest problem on the day of the main bathing festival in Mahakumbh is that of free movement. There is so much crowd that vehicles cannot move on the roads. In such a situation, if any sudden health problem arises, hospitals are within the radius of 10 to 25 kilometers from the fair area within the city. In such a situation, providing medical care to a serious person is the biggest challenge. In view of this, Prayagraj Mela Development Authority has provided the facility of medical help desk and mobile unit in every sector in 25 sectors and Mahakumbh area within a radius of 25 kilometers. If anyone faces any kind of medical emergency, he will get treatment facility within a few minutes in the concerned sector itself.
The biggest hospital parade in the ground, every kind of treatment will be available
Keeping in view the possible crowd coming for Mahakumbh, arrangements for OPD, operation, admission and surgery have also been made in the hospitals established in Mahakumbh. 400 doctors have been put on 24-hour duty. The biggest hospital of Mahakumbh is located in the parade ground. Devotees go to Sangam from the city side through the parade ground itself. OPD, surgery, women's and children's wards have been created in this central hospital. CMS Dr. Manoj Kaushik said that this is the country's first AI based 100 bed hospital. 36 staff nurses and 15 ward boys have also been deployed. 36 specialist doctors have been put on duty here. The hospital has facilities for all types of blood tests, X-ray, ultrasound and eye tests. CMS said that apart from this, 43 temporary hospitals have also been built for emergency services. In these too, about 400 beds have been kept safe. Private hospitals of the city have also been added. In those too, 3000 beds have been kept safe in case of any unexpected incident.

24-hour medical service at railway stations also: Chief Public Relations Officer of North Central Railway Shashikant Tripathi said that medical teams have been deployed at all major railway stations for the convenience of passengers. Observation rooms have been made, so that if any devotee's health suddenly deteriorates, he can be provided medical care. 24-hour medical facilities are also available at the stations. Observation rooms have been made at Prayagraj Junction, Prayag Junction, Subedarganj, Naini Junction, Prayagraj Chhivki station. Doctors and other medical staff are always present here. All necessary medical equipment has also been kept at these stations. 15 staff nurses, 12 pharmacists, 15 hospital attendants and 15 housekeeping attendants have been deployed.
