Bollywood actress Parineeti Choprahas shared some of her life experiences after becoming a mother. Parineeti Chopra reveals how she keeps herself calm after giving birth. Actress Neeraj, who is now a mother to a 2-month-old son, recently shared a video on her YouTube channel in which she shares her mantra to keep her body and mind calm. Parineeti said that one should avoid using mobile phones in the morning and chant some mantras. She has also recounted her post-delivery journey, when she used to recite Hanuman Chalisa to keep herself calm.

Parineeti Chopra added, “If your mind is positive, your body will do the same. I see a lot of people start using their phone as soon as they wake up in the morning and the worst habit is scrolling. It almost numbs your mind. It can ruin your whole day. So I’ve found that if you wake up in the morning and ignore your phone, get bored for an hour, listen to music or go out into nature and listen to birdsong, it helps you stay calm.”

Parineeti Chopra said, “Chant some mantra. That’s what I do. I chant Hanuman Chalisa or Namami Shamisham as soon as I wake up in the morning and that’s how I like to start my day. So I think whatever happens in the day, whether it’s positive or negative, you can control your reaction to it because you’re in a good mood. It should be like that when I get out of my bed. It should be a picture of a heroine. I get out of my bed in slow motion.” Even after delivery, I recite Hanuman Chalisa to keep myself calm.”

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha welcomed their first child in October 2025. A few weeks ago, the couple revealed their son’s name, but did not reveal his face.
