Imtiaz Ali recently participated in ‘The Right Angle’ program and here he broke his silence on the discussion about the sequels of these two films and said that right now he has no intention of making sequels of these two films.

What did Imtiaz Ali say?

Imtiaz Ali said, ‘People often ask me about the sequels of ‘Tamasha’ and ‘Jab We Met’, so I want to ask them that I had made ‘Love Aaj Kal 2′ also, but these people did not like it.’ The director said that I feel that if the thought of making a film comes to my mind then I will definitely make it but I will not make sequels of these films, especially the sequel of ‘Jab We Met’.

When will the upcoming film be released?

The director further said that it is better to leave some things as they are. I don’t make films with the plan of making money. I believe that films should be such that people can know and relate the truth of the world through their stories. Let us tell you that the director is currently in the news for his upcoming film ‘I will be back’. Diljit Dosanjh, Sharvari Wagh and Vedang Raina are in lead roles in this film. This film will be released in theaters on June 12.
