Important points of PM Modi's speech in the 114th episode of Mann Ki Baat

- Our journey of 'Mann Ki Baat' is completing 10 years. 10 years ago, 'Mann Ki Baat' was started on 3rd October, on the day of Vijayadashami and it is such a holy coincidence that this year, 3rd October, when 10 years of 'Mann Ki Baat' will be completed, will be the first day of Navratri. There are many such milestones in this long journey of 'Mann Ki Baat', which I can never forget. Crores of listeners of 'Mann Ki Baat' are such companions of our journey, from whom I continued to get continuous support. He provided information from every corner of the country. The listeners of 'Mann Ki Baat' are the real architects of this programme.

- Some women in Jhansi have given new life to Ghurari river. These women are associated with self-help groups and have led this campaign by becoming 'Jal Saheli'. No one would have even imagined the way these women have saved the dying Ghurari river.

- 'Jhala' is a border village in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand… The youth here have started a special initiative to keep their village clean. He is running 'Thank you Nature' campaign in his village. Under this, cleaning is done in the village for two hours every day. The garbage scattered in the streets of the village is collected and dumped at a designated place outside the village.

- On October 2, 'Swachh Bharat Mission' is completing 10 years. This is an occasion to congratulate those who made it such a big mass movement in Indian history. This is also a true tribute to Mahatma Gandhiji, who remained dedicated to this cause throughout his life.

- During my visit to America, the US government returned about 300 ancient artefacts to India. US President Biden showed me some of these artefacts in his private residence in Delaware, showing complete affection. The returned artefacts are made of materials like terracotta, stone, ivory, wood, copper and bronze. Many of these are four thousand years old.

- This month marks the completion of 10 years of another important campaign. The success of this campaign includes contributions from big industries to small shopkeepers of the country. I am talking about 'Make In India'… Today I feel very happy to see that the poor, middle class and MSMEs are getting a lot of benefits from this campaign. In this festive season, you must repeat your old resolution again… whatever you buy, it should be 'Made In India', anything you gift, that too, should be 'Made In India'.
