Access locked chat folders

Go to the folder where your locked chats are stored. This is usually the main WhatsApp Can be found in the interface.

Tap on three vertical dots

on the upper right corner, Tap the three vertical dots to open the options menu.

“Click “Chat lock settings”

from the menu, Select “Chat lock settings” to proceed.

Set your secret code

In chat lock settings, Select the option to set your secret code. Enter the secret code of your choice, Then click Next.

Confirm your secret code

After entering your code, You will be asked to enter it again for confirmation. Once both codes match, So choose Done.

Hide your locked chats

After setting your secret code, You can now lock and hide your chats. Your locked chats will no longer appear in the main chats folder, Which will provide additional privacy.
