If City drops points against Bournemouth, Arsenal will be crowned champion.
If City wins tonight, then Arsenal will need to beat Palace to seal the title.

City will win the title if it wins its remaining matches against Bournemouth and Aston Villa and if Palace takes points off Arsenal. If Palace draws against Arsenal, both City and Arsenal will have the same number of points but the former will have a superior goal difference and hence win the title.
