He said, today the second phase of voting is also taking place in Jammu Kashmir. This voting is going on peacefully. People have started queuing up to cast their votes since morning. The world also saw the way the voting record was broken in Jammu Kashmir in the first phase. I would like to praise the people of Jammu Kashmir, congratulate them for participating in this festival of democracy with enthusiasm.
Baba Saheb Ambedkar believed that industries play a big role in the empowerment of Dalits. He saw that the poor, Dalits and the deprived did not have enough land. Many poor people were landless and made a living by working as laborers. That is why Baba Saheb used to say that when factories are set up, the poor, Dalits and the deprived get opportunities. He used to ask them to learn technical skills. You will see the same thinking of Baba Saheb in the policy decisions of BJP, in the thoughts of BJP. True empowerment is possible only by giving opportunities to Dalit and deprived society in industries.
He further said, under the BJP government, Haryana is making its place among the top states of the country in both agriculture and industry. When industrialization grows, the poor, farmers and Dalits benefit the most. Along with this, he said, the royal family of Congress is the most corrupt family of the country and when the high command is corrupt, then the lower command gets an open license to loot. Remember, 10 years ago when there was a Congress government in Haryana, how the state was looted. Here the lands of the farmers were looted, the state was handed over to brokers and sons-in-law.
You also know that wherever Congress got a chance, wherever it set foot, corruption and nepotism are certain. Congress is the one that creates and nurtures corruption in the government system of India. Congress wants to bring Article 370 back in Jammu and Kashmir. Congress wants to give a boost to terrorism and separatism in Jammu and Kashmir again. For appeasement, Congress wants to implement the agenda of the enemies of the country in India. Bringing back Article 370 will be an insult to the sacrifice of those heroes who fought against terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir.

PM said, Congress has always deprived SC/ST/OBC from participation. It was Baba Saheb Ambedkar who gave reservation to Dalits, otherwise like OBC, Dalits would also have to wait for Congress' defeat for reservation. Whenever Congress has been away from the government, the poor, SC/ST/OBC have got their rights. Whenever Congress has been in the government, it has snatched the rights of Dalits and backward classes.
