Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day falls on Sunday, giving workers a three-day weekend from April 25-27, and the Reunification Day and International Labor Day holidays run from April 30 through May 3. Only Tuesday and Wednesday, April 28-29, stand between them.
Bangkok is globally renowned for its thousands of Buddhist temples, which form the spiritual and cultural heart of Thai society, Agoda said to explain the city’s attraction.
The Thai capital has emerged as a paradise for food enthusiasts, offering everything from legendary street food stalls to Michelin-starred restaurants and panoramic 360-degree rooftop bars. Its cultural and heritage sites, including the iconic Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Arun, and Wat Pho temples, remain major attractions to international tourists.
However, travelers are advised to take extra precautions as Bangkok faces days of dangerous heat index levels, with extreme temperatures and humidity combining to create high-risk conditions for public health.
