Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav Aryan’s troubles are increasing after he made him serve tea at his shop. Now a case of fatal attack, assault and robbery has come to light on him and his family, after which the police have registered a case against many people and started investigation.

Aryan Yadav is a YouTuber and tea seller. He came into limelight on 22 February 2026 when Akhilesh Yadav suddenly stopped at his tea stall located at Chowki intersection and drank tea. Aryan suddenly came into limelight after the video of this incident went viral on social media. Along with his small tea stall, Aryan also makes videos on YouTube and is quite popular at the local level, but after this viral incident, he has become a part of a big political and administrative controversy due to allegations of raid, threat, assault and robbery at his shop.

What did Aryan say?

According to Aryan, some powerful people reached his shop and threatened him for serving tea to Akhilesh Yadav. They also beat up Aryan and his father and threatened other family members. Aryan told that the bullies vandalized the shop and looted about Rs 7,000 from the piggy bank. He claimed that the attackers also threatened to kill him.

How did the controversy escalate?

Before this incident, the Food Safety Department team had also reached Aryan’s shop. The department took the sample after receiving a complaint of adulteration in tea leaves. Aryan alleges that the officials objected to the aluminum utensils and threatened to seal the shop. However, the Food Safety Department rejected these allegations and said that the action was taken on the basis of complaint. The shop was not sealed. The sample was taken only for testing. The department said that the registration of the shop is valid.

What did Akhilesh Yadav say?

Akhilesh Yadav posted this entire matter on social media and targeted the state government. He wrote that Aryan is being harassed for the crime of serving tea to Akhilesh Yadav. The SP chief alleged that the government is harassing self-employed youth.

What action did the police take?

After the incident, the police have registered a case against 17 unidentified people including Jarjees Ahmed, Qayyum, Yasin Ahmed and Javed Ahmed. Police have said that the matter is being investigated seriously and the situation in the area is currently under control.
