New Delhi: Two-time Olympic medallist and javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra announced his marriage in a social media post on Sunday, January 19. He tied the knot with his partner, Himani Mor, in a private ceremony.
The javelin superstar shared photos from the wedding on X and wrote “Started a new chapter of life with my family. Grateful for every blessing that brought us to this moment together. Bound by love, happily ever after,” he added.
Neeraj kept the details of his wedding private and the photos from his marriage took the fans by surprise on social media. The javelin thrower also shared a heartwarming photo of his mother blessing him during the wedding ceremony.

Who is Himani Mor?
Neeraj Chopra’s wife, Himani Mor is a tennis player. She hails from Larsauli in Haryana. Her brother Himanshu also played tennis. Himani pursued her education at Southeastern Louisiana University and also worked as a part-time Volunteer Assistant coach in tennis at Franklin Pierce University.
She is a graduate assistant at Amherst College and manages the college’s women’s tennis team. Her responsibilities includes overseeing training, scheduling, recruitment and budgeting with the team. She is also pursuing a Master’s degree in sports management and administration from McCormack Isenberg School of Management.
