Who is Madam Jahar? Bishnoi gang’s ‘Lady Don’ and Bobby Kabootar’s girlfriend Neha arrested, used to run the entire network sitting in Delhi

New Delhi: Delhi Police has successfully caught a woman associated with Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The name of this woman is Khushnuma Ansari alias Neha, who is known as ‘Madam Jahar’ in the world of crime. The police have arrested him with drugs. Neha is the girlfriend of Bobby Kabootar, who looks after the main work of supplying weapons to the gang. This arrest is being considered a big blow to the drugs and weapons network of the gang.

Who is Madam Jahar?

Madam Jahar i.e. Neha used to run a beauty parlor in North-East Delhi. Police investigation revealed that under the cover of this parlor she used to handle the drug business for Lawrence Bishnoi and Hashim Baba gang. She was very active as the ‘Lady Don’ of the gang. Neha has been associated with Bobby Kabootar for the last 7 years and has been involved in many dirty activities of the gang. The police are now asking him about other secrets of the gang.

Bobby Pigeon’s Criminal Network

Bobby Kabootar alias Mahfooz is an important member of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. He used to provide illegal weapons to the gang. According to the police, Bobby was in contact with a big arms supplier named Salim Pistol. Salim Pistol used to work for Pakistan’s ISI and was caught on the Nepal-India border.

Bobby has been involved in many big incidents, like doing recce before the murder of Sidhu Moosewala, firing at Disha Patani’s house, Nadir Shah murder case and Seelampur double murder. Among these, he was mainly responsible for providing weapons to the gang.

How did the arrest happen?

Special Cell (Counter Intelligence Unit) of Delhi Police conducted an operation near Mahipalpur flyover and arrested Neha, Bobby Kabutar and their two associates Mohammad Raji Khan and Shahbaz. Drugs were recovered from Neha. Bobby was absconding for 7 years and was hiding under a fake name.

The police tracked him through technical surveillance and intelligence. Now in the investigation, Neha is being interrogated about her drug connection and other gang members.

Increasing role of women in Lawrence Gang

The activism of women in Lawrence Bishnoi gang is increasing. First Deepa of Chandigarh, then Zoya Khan (wife of Hashim Baba) and now Neha i.e. Madam Jahar has been caught. These women were playing an important role in the gang’s operations. Police say that the gang is now recruiting women also, which is a new challenge for the investigation.
