Madhav Gopal Aggarwal is said to be the director of Delhi-based Murali Project Private Limited. It is alleged that Rajpal Yadav had taken a loan of Rs 5 crore from this company for the production of his film Ata Pata Laapata. The budget of the film was said to be around Rs 11 crore.
