The winner of The 50 has reportedly been revealed ahead of its official announcement. While the grand finale is set to air on March 22, reports suggest that the finale episode was shot on February 19. Earlier, it was said that the makers filmed winning moments with all finalists to avoid spoilers, but the winner’s name has now surfaced.
According to multiple sources and a report by Times of India, Shiv Thakare has emerged as the winner of The 50. He competed in the Top 4 alongside Mr Faisu, Immortal Kaka and Krishna Shroff.
As per reports, the finale task was time-based and required contestants to solve a puzzle. Immortal Kaka could not complete the task. Krishna Shroff finished it in 25 minutes. Shiv completed the puzzle in 10 minutes. Mr Faisu initially solved it the fastest but made an error and, after correcting it, took 14 minutes in total. Based on timing, Shiv Thakare lifted the trophy.
Reports also state that Prince Narula gave up his finale ticket for Shiv, calling him his brother and expressing his wish to see him compete in the final.
The 50 streams daily on JioHotstar at 9 pm and airs on Colors TV at 10:30 pm.
