Why avoid keeping these things in the fridge, know the harm caused by it

Many people keep everything in the fridge, but keeping some food items in the fridge can be harmful. Keeping them in the fridge can impair their quality, alter their taste and sometimes even spoil them.

Let us know about those food items which should not be kept in the fridge:
