Smita died after the birth of her son

After this, the closeness between Raj Babbar and Smita Patil increased so much that at that time both of them started living in a live-in relationship. It is said that Smita's magic on Raj Babbar was so much that in the year 1986, he left his wife Nadira and settled his house with Smita Patil. Within a year of marriage, Smita Patil gave birth to a son. Kept the symbol, but alas, Smita Patil died at the age of 31 on 13 December 1986, just two weeks after giving birth to her son.

Raj returned to Nadira after Smita's death.

Therefore, Prateek kept hating his father Raj Babbar and considered him the reason for his mother's death. The situation was such that Prateek did not even like to use the surname of his father Raj Babbar.

Now father-son relations have improved

However, gradually the distance between father and son reduced and their relationship improved and now both are seen together. Let us tell you that Prateek has worked in many films in Bollywood.
