Widening of two important roads in UP, people of the area will get big relief

Under this project, the road will be extended from Darshan intersection of Pakdi Babu-Kukurghati road and Bhatni-Balua road to Bihar border via Chakhni Ghat Raibari.

About Rs 36.83 crore will be spent on the construction work of both the roads. On Sunday, Bhatparrani MLA Sabhakunwar Kushwaha laid the foundation stone of this project with formal worship and chanting of mantras at Kukurghati intersection. During this time many local people and public representatives of the area were also present.

The MLA said that road widening will improve transportation facilities in the area and people will get the benefit of safe travel. Also, development of these routes will strengthen the connectivity between nearby villages and markets, which is expected to give impetus to local trade and development.

He told that with the support of the public in the year 2022, he got the opportunity to serve the area and since then he is continuously working for the development of the area. In this sequence, special attention is being given to improving roads, bridges and other basic facilities.

Many development works are going on in the area

According to the MLA, the work of laying the road network in the area is going on at a fast pace. A new bridge has been constructed by removing the dilapidated bridge at Keravania Ghat. Apart from this, the construction of Chakhani Ghat bridge connecting Uttar Pradesh and Bihar is also progressing rapidly.

He said that under the leadership of the state government, special emphasis is being laid on the development of infrastructure in the state. In this series, approval has also been received to upgrade the Primary Health Center of Bhatparrani and construction work will start there soon.
