The first match of BBL in India will be played on 12 December. After the announcement of this match, there are now reports that Cricket Australia has given an open proposal to BCCI to organize IPL matches in Australia in future.

In fact, according to the report of The Sydney Morning Herald, Cricket Australia has given an open invitation to BCCI to hold IPL matches on Australian soil. If this happens, then it will be the first IPL match abroad in the history of the tournament. The report says that private talks are already going on between the two boards, and Cricket Australia is hopeful that the idea will gain momentum.

The report also claims that Cricket Australia is keen to make the Chennai opener of the Big Bash League an annual match as part of a larger cricket partnership between the two countries. However, no official comment has been made on this report by the Board of Control for Cricket in India and Cricket Australia.
India is hosting a foreign league for the first time
Let us tell you, for the first time in the history of Indian cricket, India is going to host a foreign league match. Cricket Australia announced that the first match of the upcoming season of BBL will be played on December 12 between Melbourne Renegades vs Perth Scorchers at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
