Wine Plum Cake Recipe

750 ml red wine

1 tablespoon baking powder

4 egg

1/2 kg chopped plums

250 grams butter

2 cups flour

Step 1 Combine Plums with Wine and Butter

Take a large bowl and mix the chopped plums with the wine and butter.

Step 2 Mix eggs, flour and baking powder to make cake batter

Next, break eggs into the same bowl and mix flour with baking powder. To make cake batter, mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3 Grease a baking tray, pour the batter and bake for 40 minutes

Now, take a baking tray and apply butter on it. Pour cake batter into the tray and place this tray in the oven. Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes! When the cake is cooked, take it out and let it cool at room temperature. Serve hot!
