Spinach – 2 cups
Paneer – 100 grams
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Green chilli – 2
Ginger
Garlic
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste

Recipe to make Spinach and Paneer curry
First of all, wash and clean the spinach thoroughly and make a paste by boiling it. While boiling spinach, you can add a little salt to it.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic and green chilli and fry.
Now add onion and fry until onion becomes light golden.
Then add tomatoes and cook. When tomatoes become soft, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and fry.
After this add boiled spinach paste and mix well. Add water and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
Finally add cheese pieces and mix the vegetables well. Now your Palak Paneer curry is ready.
Serve it hot with roti, paratha or rice.

First of all, heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Now add onion and fry until golden.
After this, add spinach and fry for 2-3 minutes and then add water to it and leave it to boil.
When spinach and onion boil, grind it in a mixer. If you want the soup lighter then you can add some more water.
Then pour the ground spinach mixture back into the pan and add salt and black pepper and boil well.
Let the soup cook until it thickens, then add lemon juice and serve.
Hot spinach soup is ready, it can be served to both children and adults.
